How to Reset a Hisense Washing Machine

Switch the washing machine off using the power button.

Switch off at the mains socket and unplug the machine from the wall.

Leave the machine unplugged for at least 2 minutes. This allows the control electronics to fully discharge and reset.

Plug the machine back in and switch on at the mains socket.

Switch the machine on, select your programme and start the cycle. If the fault was temporary, the machine should return to normal operation.

Alternative reset method
Some Hisense washing machine models can be reset by holding the Start/Pause button for 3 seconds. This cancels the current programme and resets the machine without needing to unplug it. Refer to your user manual for model-specific instructions.
When will a reset not fix the problem?
If the same error code appears again after the reset, it indicates an underlying issue that requires further investigation.
