Hi, I’m Andrew, a maintenance engineer with hands-on experience diagnosing and fixing appliances.

I built Appliance Help Guide because I wanted to create one place where anyone could come when their appliance goes wrong – whether that’s a washing machine flashing lights at 7am or a dishwasher refusing to drain mid-cycle.
