Kinked or deformed water supply hose
A kinked, twisted or squashed inlet hose restricts water flow into the machine.
Low water pressure
If the water pressure in the mains supply is outside the required range of 0.05 to 0.8 MPa (0.5–8 bar), the machine may not fill correctly.
Faulty water inlet valve
A failed inlet valve may not open correctly to allow water to enter the drum.

Clean the inlet filter
Turn off the water supply. Disconnect the inlet hose from the back of the machine and clean the small mesh filter inside the connection point. Rinse under running water and refit securely.

Inspect the hose for any kinks, twists or crushing that could be restricting water flow. Straighten if necessary.
Resume the programme
After completing the above checks, press the Start/Pause button to resume the programme. If the error reoccurs, call a service technician.
