Why Is My Electrolux Washing Machine Not Spinning?

Unbalanced load
The most common cause. Electrolux machines display EF0 when an imbalanced load or over-foaming is detected. If laundry is bunched together on one side of the drum, the machine will reduce or cancel the spin to protect itself.
Drainage fault
An Electrolux washing machine will not spin if it cannot drain the water first. If E20 or E21 is displayed, check the pump filter and drain hose.
Overloaded drum

Door not fully closed

Check the door
Ensure the door is firmly closed and nothing is caught in the seal.
Reset the machine
Switch off at the mains and leave unplugged for a few minutes. Plug back in and try a spin-only programme.
